Shimano Steps mid-engine


Standard equipment E5000. 40NM, 250W. More powerful motors can be selected in the configurator. Depending on the battery, 2-4 hours charging time. Display and battery detachable. Hydraulic disc brakes for maximum safety. Optionally with a Bernds belt drive.
 

Just smaller


Simply fold the rear wheel, remove the saddle and loosen the handlebars. Only from Bernds: Handlebar and saddle height remain unchanged – so they don’t have to be readjusted.

Compact – stowable – simply smaller without tools.

You simply order a Bernds online. All the steps to prepare for the made-to-measure product can also be conveniently completed online – a perfectly preset Bernds comes straight to your home or is ready for collection from the factory. You choose your equipment in the configurator, arm, leg and inseam length are easily measured with Bernd’s Beratomat – and the ideal frame dimensions are calculated directly. Visible, light and in minutes. Of course we are personally at your side during the entire process.

Test drive at the factory in Überlingen

The best way to do a test ride is with us at Lake Constance, on the spectacular Lake Constance cycle path. Appointments can be made by e-mail, by telephone or very easily in the configurator, even at short notice. Alternatively, with the BerndsBox, a test bike can be delivered directly to the front door or to a specialist dealer of your choice. Free of charge and without obligation – for interested parties and specialist dealers. Due to the high demand, the waiting time for a BerndsBox is up to three months.
